Tonto Dike has always been a confident little
chit. Her daring roles in Nollywood movies and her venture into the
world of singing proves that many times over.
Despite the mixed reception to her two singles ‘Itz Ova‘ and ‘Hi‘
, the actress turned singer is still ready to give it a go. She says
that her music career is not a one off stint and that soon, she will be
launching an album. She revealed this to Big time of Rhythm 93.7 FM.
When questioned about whether she was worried about the reception to
her album, she replies, ” I really wanna take music far because I know
y’all are going to listen”…..
Brave words from someone who songs are auto tune heavy. Well, one
thing to say is that she has faith in her Nigerian fans. We cant wait to
see what Tonto has for Nigerians with this new album.
